On Thin Ice is a fantasy book about a girl named Katie’s whose best friends are obsessed with an ice skater named Kerry Gaffigan. The magic wind turns Katie into Kerry. It is a big night for Kerry Gaffigan. But then Katie gets turned into her on the big night. What is she going to do? There is not just one, but two switcheroos in the book. When Tony Raven comes to town, Katie’s friend George flips out. Tony Raven comes because he is doing a commercial for his clothing line. The magic wind comes and blows Katie away. Who is she now? Well I am not going to tell you because you have to read the book to find out. Katie is a great person. She has a lot of friends. She has a dog called Pepper. In the book Kerry Gaffigan is an Olympian ice skater. When Tony Raven comes to town he is a snowboarder. He has his own clothing line. He doesn’t like to wear glasses because he thinks he looks funny in them. But then he wears them now. I think On Thin Ice is a good book because it has lots of action in it and it is never boring. If you read this book there is a whole series of them you could read.
