The Phantom Tollbooth (Review by James M.)

Meet Milo, a young boy who is bored with everything. When he is in school he wants to be out, when he is out he wants to be in. All he does is wait for the next moment to come so he can use that moment to think of the next.
On one particularly rainy day Milo walked home from school, when he arrived home and wanted to be at school again, when a large box caught his eye. There was a note attached that read, "ONE GENUINE TURNPIKE TOLLBOOTH, EASILY ASSEMBLED AT HOME, AND FOR USE BY THOSE WHO HAVE NEVER TRAVELED IN LANDS BEYOND. THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: . . . RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED, BUT IF NOT PERFECTLY SATISFIED, YOUR TIME WILL BE REFUNDED." An odd note Milo thought as he assembled the tollbooth. When he was done, he rode a small car through the tollbooth and as he did his surroundings changed from his boring room to a jungly forest. As he drives along he sees a man and he stops.
"I'm the whether man!" He proclaims.
"Well then is it going to rain?" Milo questioned.
"I don't know, I am the W-H-E-T-H-E-R man. Like whether or not you should wear a coat. "
"Oh well thank you any way." Milo replied.
